AYURVEDIC TOUR PACKAGE 8 DAYS / 7 NIGHTS
DAY 01 – ERNAKULAM / KOTTAYAM
Pick up from Ernakulam Railway Station and proceed to Kottayam (70 KMS / 2 HRS ) for ayurvedic treatment. Reaching at ayurvedic treatment Centre and discussion with the ayurvedic Physician for Rejuvenation Treatment. Stay at Ayurvedic Treatment Centre
DAY 02 – DAY 4 (Rejuvenation Treatment)
What is Rejuvenation Treatment
The programs that are offered under this package are aimed at restoring the vigor and vitality of the body by eliminating the toxins and by enhancing the body's immunity through their anti - oxidant & prophylactic properties. The package includes the various Rejuvenation therapies, such as Kayaseka, Sirodhara, Abyanga, Synchronised Massage, Medicated Steambath, Njavarakizhi, etc. Based on the constitution and requirements of the individual, the physician may advise a combination of Panchakarma along with other rejuvenation therapies.
DAY - 05 KOTTAYAM / VAGAMON
After breakfast proceed to Vagamon (85 KMS) check in to Himaharsham. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Himaharsham.
DAY 06 – VAGAMON / THEKKADY
After breakfast proceed to Thekkady for sightseeing ( 50 KMS / 1HR) boating at Periyar lake, Spice Garden Visit, Elephant ride etc. After sightseeing return to Vagamon through Parunthupara and Kuttikanam, overnight stay at Himaharsham .
DAY 07 – VAGAMON SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast sightseeing at Vagamon, Meadows, Pine forest, Kavukulam waterfalls, Kurishumala, Thangalpara. Overnight stay at Himaharsham.
DAY 08 – DEPARTURE FROM VAGAMON
After breakfast check out from Himaharsham and transfer to Ernakulum Railway station to home town with fond memories of God’s own Country.
